Full removal of leaves and debris, plus a downspout flow check, to keep water moving away from your home instead of pooling where it can cause damage.
Clogged gutters cause more roof, siding, and foundation damage than most homeowners realize, and it’s some of the cheapest, simplest maintenance you can do to prevent much bigger problems.
What’s Included
- Full removal of leaves, debris, and buildup from gutters and downspouts
- Downspout flow test to confirm water is actually draining, not just sitting
- Visual check of your gutters for sagging, pulling away, or damage while we’re up there
- Debris cleanup on the ground around downspouts when we’re done
Signs You May Need Gutter Cleaning
- Water spilling over the sides of your gutters during rain instead of flowing through them
- Visible plant growth, leaves, or debris piled in the gutters
- It’s been more than six months since your last cleaning
- Water stains on siding just below the gutter line
Why Level 5
Gutters are part of the same water-management system as your roof, which is why we don’t treat them as a separate, forgettable task. If you’re already having your roof looked at, it costs nothing extra to have your gutters checked at the same time — and catching a clog early is a lot cheaper than repairing the fascia damage it eventually causes.
Pricing
A standard gutter cleaning runs about an hour and starts at $175 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft (single story). Larger or taller homes cost more: a split-level/second story adds $50, and each additional size tier — 2,001–3,000 sq ft, 3,001–4,000 sq ft, and so on — adds $50 in additional cost.
